Minimalistic sleek design with a bright open and airy concept, this beach condo fully embraces the indoor outdoor experience. Two glass walls and large beach facing windows afford an unobstructed view of the ocean. Modern finishes, sleek white furniture and a truly open area invite the sun, surf and the sound of waves to every corner of the space.

The main living area is a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living, with a spacious lay out that effortlessly flows from the living room to the dining room and kitchen. Soft, breezy, white contemporary furnishings invite you to lounge and take advantage of the natural light streaming through the expansive windows. A minimalist fireplace adds warmth and ambiance in cooler evenings.

The sleek kitchen is equipped with top of the line stainless steel appliances, glossy white cabinetry and a waterfall edge island with chic barstools for casual dining and ocean gazing.

Polished, efficient and streamlined, the kitchen offers modern appliances and glossy, clean surfaces for a smooth and lustrous feel. The industrial faucet and modern glass pendants introduce an urban flair.

One of the unique features of the place is that the bedroom is separated by a glass wall, allowing the unobstructed view of the ocean from the bedroom. For privacy, the doors can be closed and a motorized shade can be lowered if needed. However, the beauty of the space is that you can wake up to the relaxing sounds of the rolling waves and the gentle breeze of the ocean.

Cement grey tiles, lustrous glass vanity and lots of cleverly placed windows give the master bath a sense of contemporary luxury. Modern, minimalistic features enhance the sleek design.

Aside the gorgeous Robern glass vanity and Robern recessed medicine cabinets, this bathroom sports some fun and extravagant features. A window over the bathtub allows extra light as well as the view to the ocean through the great room space. The glass block wall in the shower give light and privacy to the toilet area. Double shower heads, a pebble floor and grey cement walls allow for an almost outdoor shower experience. To the left, we installed an icemaker so an ice bath can be drawn in the jacuzzi bath tub.

Space saving barn doors with glass panels create the entry to the tucked away master closet. Juxtaposed to the light. bright, white furniture and barely there grey walls, the dark wood floor and the dark stained doors provide a rich contrast and anchor you into the space.

The second bathroom follows the concept of a clean, bright and sleek space that feels comfortable and luxurious.

Unique design features shape the creative powder room. A grey ledger panel wall sets the backdrop to a modern lit mirror and a floating vanity in blue. An aqua swirled glass pendant invokes the feeling of waves, while the moody grey walls remind of a misty beach morning.

Overall this modern beach retreat with its sleek design and open concept living, minimalistic furnishings and soothing color palette invokes a sense of calm and relaxation. The large windows and sliding glass doors allow the beach living to come right into the indoors and invite a sense of adventure, nature and ocean fun.
