This house borrows its clean lines from the modern home that are softened by warm hues, stone accents and the Mediterranean influence of colorful tiles, gleaming wood and graceful wrought iron railings. The soft, buttery yellow stucco is complemented by earthy orange paint that is used to highlight the different elevations of the facade.
Deep, dark brown wood timber lends the house a touch of a rustic appearance.
Soft green patterned talavera tiles grace the arched windows to emphasize the Spanish influence.
The interior color palette is reminiscent of warm sand and sunshine with golden stained wood cabinets and creme tiles contrasted by chocolate colored cement floors. The use of mixed color slate enhances the earthy, warm feel of the bathrooms and kitchen.
