This small bathroom was transformed into a magical space by adding a fabulous open shower as a focal point, offset by a calming balance of warm white tiles and glimmering gold fixtures. We stole a few feet from the closets that backed up to the bathroom and created this wonderful starry night shower experience. For additional storage, we carved out this small top to bottom shelf unit that holds plenty of essentials and pretty items.
The 8″ large hexagon cement tiles are custom colored in a soft blue. The carefully placed star tiles in the design are special ordered in a contrasting warm white vanilla hue. One playful star shines yellow on this beautiful space. All the muted gold fixtures add to the glimmering and peaceful experience of the stall.
The remainder of the small room adds a peaceful balance. The 8″ white hexagon on the floor actually feeds all the way into the curbless shower. The clean, white walls create a pleasant backdrop for the warm colored vanity with the soft gold fixtures. Another perk is the heated towelrack in soft gold that warms the space and adds easy hanging space for towels.
The hanging fixture plays on the starry night theme and the gold mirror adds elegance to the space.
