Stefani Conniff is a full service interior design and architectural design firm. I specialize in full scale residential home remodels and projects that are built from the ground up, but I also take the occasional kitchen and bath room renovation. I have acquired exceptional construction supervision skills, as well as trouble shooting skills during my 30 years in the business. I am with you from the inception of the idea until we cross the finish line.
At the initial consultation, I will evaluate your project and for an agreed upon flat fee, I will oversee your project from start to finish. I offer the client the opportunity to be involved hands on. You will actively participate in shopping for fixtures, appliances, colors and finishes and you will be able to purchase these items with my help. This service differs from the “Full Service option” where I will bring all the materials to your home and I will purchase all chosen items for you. I find success when we create a space that makes the clients happy and they enjoy their home as an extension of who they are. I work with my client to access their likes and dislikes and the final product becomes a collaboration of the clients tastes and my expertise to pull it all together.
