If you are not ready to jump into the big project just yet, this is the perfect opportunity to get an architect’s or designer’s expertise on zoning information, building clarifications and design advice on any of your projects for a reasonable price.
Here are some suggestions on how we can help you with your project.
1. Guidance on how to get started
If you feel overwhelmed and lost on how to get started with a large remodel, we will discuss strategies on how to move forward. I will work with you to establish a step by step guide, so you can assemble your needed documents and construction team
2. Advice on possible zoning and planning code pitfalls
Sometimes, the best vision falls short right away due to restrictions of local zoning and building codes. Before you run away with your two story dream home, let’s explore and examine some of the restrictions and set backs, so you can be sure that the project you have in mind can actually be built.
3. Provide design direction
Many times, people know that their space does not function well, but they lack the overall vision to improve the space. We will discuss functionality of rooms, the purpose of the space and the effortless flow of movement through the house.
4. Feasibility of a project
If you do not have any idea what your project may cost, you are not alone. Let’s discuss your budget and make sure you are well within your comfort zone before you start assembling a construction team and start hiring an architect to work out the plans.
5. Interior design consultation for kitchen and bath rooms
If you are ready to give your worn kitchen or outdated master bath a new lift, let’s discuss your vision first, so you can get the most out of your remodel. We will explore how to maximize the space, how to open up the lay out of your kitchen or bath and how to modernize your appliances and fixtures so they can meet the green code and Title 24. We can talk about proper finishes and tile applications, color choices and special add ons. My expert advice will help you narrow down your choices, understand your options and be aware of your cost.
6. Explore the world of colors
Choosing appropriate colors remain one of the biggest mysteries, yet they are essential to a successful design outcome. The flow of colors throughout the house unify the space and separate it at the same time. A house that is designed within a coherent complimentary color scheme feels at ease and peaceful.

80 minute max consultation
How it works
1. Send an inquiry email through the contact page and please briefly describe your project or question.
2. We will reply to you and send you a questionnaire form to be filled out. Please return the form along with pictures, plans or other visuals of your space to be discussed.
3. We will review your project and send you an email to schedule the call. It can be via audio or video transmission. Please note we may ask for additional information. We want to give the best advice possible on the call.
4. Once the call is scheduled, please send the payment as outlined in the email. (payment via venmo and pay pal) The payment will be a one time fee of $185.00 for an 80 minute max consultation call.
5. You will receive the meeting notes within 24 hours of the call. If applicable we will add a step by step guide on how to move forward, or a quick sketch on how to plan your remodel, or color suggestions to the e-mail package.
