Nestled between palm trees and the Pacific Ocean, this modern condo provides the perfect backdrop for colorful art pieces and clay figurines. The clean lines of the newly remodeled kitchen are softened by warm colored cabinets and contrasted by a beautiful black swan granite island counter top.
This kitchen was completely remodeled. We removed all the walls around the existing kitchen and dining area and created a beautiful open area with a vista to the amazing Pacific ocean.
Creativity takes center stage in this space. The warm and neutral hues provide the perfect backdrop for the colorful pottery and the red pop. Clean and modern lines are softened by the warm, white washed cabinets. The beachy flair is contrasted by the black countertops and black hardware. The splashes of red bounce around the room and filling it with vitality and joy.
The adjacent dining room integrates the color scheme paired with urban modern elements to also it become a showcase for expressive art pieces and decor.
The flow continues from the kitchen into the living room. White walls and white furniture create a gallery feel, featuring wonderful pieces of art and sculptures. The crisp background allows your eyes to wander and admire the art without distraction. The fireplace is clad with the same black swan granite that is a piece of art in itself.
Opening up the space transforms the area into a place where you can appreciate the beauty of light, the view of the ocean and the dance of spatial arrangements, where art can breathe and the soul can resonate.
